- Al Tahhan Institution Established in 1972 under the name of Technical Office for Agricultural Services for trading pesticides and agricultural equipments.
- In 1980, the Technical Office expanded its activity to include manufacturing liquid fertilizers and public health pesticides.
- In 1990, the factory was established for pesticides and fertilizers as per the latest technology in this industry field, under the name of Al Tahhan Institution for Pesticides & Fertilizers Manufacturing.
- In 2004, has won ISO System: 9001:2000 certification from AFAQ AFNOR INTERNATIONAL , and established wastewater treatment station with capacity of 25 m3 / daily, and a treatment station of vapors and chemical gases.
- In 2011, a commercial and management branch was Established In Egypt –Cairo under the name of Al Haditha for Agricultural Services.
- In 2017 the company established a new production branch in the free zone of Mersin-Turkey.
